Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :
  • Strong understanding of Web technologies (Website design, Web development, CMS Development, eCommerce) and Digital Marketing (SEO & Content Marketing)
  • Actively seeking out new sales leads/opportunities through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking and different sales channels.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
  • Has proven track record of overachieving qualified leads targets.
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Ability to identify the prospects & potential buyer
  • Capable of generating leads based on allocated service offering and targeted audience.
  • Good knowledge of office tools – excel, word, ppt, outlook
  • Achieve the monthly/quarterly/yearly target
  • Should have experience in selling to USA customers
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C segments of Business.
  • Work closely with the managers and team to meet the targets.
  • Good to have experience in campaign planning, campaign execution, campaign report
  • Manage and updates leads/prospect details in CRM on daily basis
  • Generate and manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as needed
  • Uphold relationships with leads to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met
  • Highly motivated and has the ability and desire to grow in the company.
Required skills :
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Multitasking abilities. Good coordination skills. Should be outspoken
  • Must have working experience in generating leads and opportunities including LinkedIn, Cold calls, email marketing, referral business and repeat business
  • Dynamic, confident, logical, multitasks handling attitude
  • Experience working with service-based industry
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Relevant Experience of 1-3 years with an IT company
