AI Processing

AI & Data Processing

Your prompts are never used to train public AI models.

Content is generated using AI based on prompts you provide.
Your prompts and generated content are sent to our AI providers (OpenAI and Google) solely to produce your requested output, under those providers' API-tier terms, which do not use API data to train their public models.
Data is processed only to deliver requested outputs and maintain service quality.

Data Lifecycle

How long we keep your data and what happens when you uninstall.

Your generated content is stored as long as your account is active.
If you uninstall the app, your store is marked as uninstalled and your active session is removed; your account data is retained afterward so you can pick up where you left off if you reinstall. To request deletion of your stored data, contact us using the details in the Contact Us Section.
Usage limits reset every billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

Billing

Billing, Plans & Usage Limits

Subscription-based model with Shopify-managed billing.

AutoMinds: Content Agent operates on a subscription-based model with usage limits depending on the selected plan.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time without losing your previously generated content.
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of content credits per billing cycle (blog articles, product descriptions, landing pages, or social media posts).

Credits

Usage Reset Policy

Unused credits reset at the end of each billing cycle.

Usage limits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

Example: If you are on the Basic Plan (4 blog articles/month) and generate only 2 blog articles during the current cycle:

The remaining 2 unused blog credits will expire at the end of the billing cycle.

In the next billing cycle, your blog article limit will reset to 4, regardless of previous unused credits.

This reset policy applies to all content types and plans.

Continuity

Data & Subscription Continuity

Changing plans never deletes your previously created content.

Generated content remains available in your account even if usage limits reset.
Changing plans does not delete or affect previously created content.
Billing and usage limits are managed per billing cycle and are independent of stored data.
