Refund policy

At CreatPix Infotech LLP, we deliver professional Shopify services including audits, setup services, development, support plans, and custom apps. Because our offerings are digital and service-based, our refund policy reflects the nature of that work.

Service Cancellations & Refunds

Fixed-Price Audits & Setup Services Once work has commenced on an audit or setup service, refunds are not available for the portion of work already completed. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Shopify Development Services Development projects are milestone-based. Refunds are only applicable to milestones not yet started. Completed or in-progress milestones are non-refundable. Any disputes must be raised within 7 days of milestone delivery.

Shopify Support Plans (Recurring) Monthly support plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no partial-month refunds are issued. Annual plans cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund for unused months.

Shopify Apps by CreatPix App purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing use of the app, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and resolve or issue a refund at our discretion.

Satisfaction & Dispute Resolution

We stand behind the quality of our work. If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, please contact us at info@creatpix.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the concern and, where valid, offer a revision, credit, or partial refund.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Delays caused by incomplete information or approvals from the client
  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., Shopify outages, app conflicts outside our scope)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
