Our services are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
1.10 Changes and contact
We will post updates on this page with a new date. Contact: [Info@creatpix.com], [registered address].
2. Terms of Service
By using creatpix.com or engaging CreatPix Infotech LLP, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal or Statement of Work (SoW) prevails over these terms where they conflict.
2.1 Services
We provide Shopify and Shopify Plus development, custom apps, audits, setup services, support plans, dedicated developers and related AI services.
2.2 Engagement models
|
Model |
How it works |
|---|---|
|
Fixed price |
Scope, deliverables and timeline are set in the SoW. Changes need a written change request. |
|
Time & Material |
Billed on logged hours at the agreed rate. |
|
Dedicated resource |
Billed monthly for allocated developer capacity (part-time or full-time). |
2.3 Client responsibilities
Provide timely store access (Shopify collaborator or staff account), content, approvals and feedback. Delays on your side may move timelines.
2.4 Timelines
Timelines (for example 4–8 weeks for a standard store, 8–16 weeks for Plus or headless builds) are good-faith estimates. They depend on stable scope and prompt feedback.
2.5 Payment
Invoices are due within [7/15] days. We may pause work on overdue invoices. Third-party costs (Shopify plans, paid apps, themes, licences) are your responsibility.
2.6 Intellectual property
-
On full payment, you own the custom code and design created specifically for you.
-
CreatPix keeps its pre-existing tools, libraries and reusable components and grants you a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered work.
-
Third-party themes, apps and libraries stay under their own licences.
-
We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
2.7 Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only for the engagement.
2.8 Warranty and bug-fix period
We fix defects in delivered work reported within [30] days of launch at no charge. This excludes issues caused by Shopify or third-party changes, client edits, or new requests.
2.9 Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the [3/12] months before the claim. [Lawyer to confirm.]
2.10 Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for changes to Shopify, apps or other third-party services.
2.11 Termination
Either party may end an engagement with [14] days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
